Public Information
Pamphlets, fact sheets and numerous brochures are on display in the office for public viewing.
Soil Surveys
Soils information that can be used in land planning. Surveys contain soil maps and descriptions that can be a valuable tool for land users and planners. The St. Johns CountySoil Survey is now available on CD ROM for $35.00 each.
FEMA Maps
National Flood Insurance Maps are available for viewing.
Topographical Maps
Topographical maps that show elevations are available for viewing.
Aerial Photographs
Aerial photos are available to the public for viewing.
Conservation Planning
Conservation plans help the land user to make land management decisions wisely. Plans may consist of: Environmental Evaluations, planning maps, soil maps and descriptions, best management practices, and nutrient and pesticide management.
On-Site Soil Evalutions
Topographical maps that show elevations are available for viewing.
Irrigation Design
Technical Assistance provided for needed irrigation design or to improve efficiency of existing irrigation systems.
Pond Design
Technical assistance provided for excavated yardage estimates and general pond design and management recommendations.
Observation Water Wells
Observation water wells are available to the land user at a low cost. The wells provide an accurate method for visually monitoring the water table level and promotes efficient irrigation in a crop field.
